DUST AND FUME EXTRACTION

Dust and wood waste extraction systems using "Filtex" units, made in Birmingham.  We carry out all design, ductwork, capture hoods and installation.  Whether you require a system for wood waste, dust or fumes we can design a system to suit. 
We also supply and install oil mist extraction systems for machine shops, per individual machine or suspended units to clean the whole area which all make for a cleaner and more efficient environment for the workforce.

Electrostatic air cleaners can be used in certain environments to clean the air. This prevents the discharge of warm air into the atmosphere thus lowering costs and eliminating pollution.  These systems promote cleaner working environments, which in turn make employees more comfortable and therefore more efficient.

VENTILATION AND COOLING

We can design ventilation systems using filtered fresh air, with either a mechanical system i.e. fan driven units or natural ventilation.

Evaporative coolers are becoming more popular because they are cheap to install and run using a fresh water supply to achieve a 6-8 ºC temperature reduction. This is an environmentally friendly solution and proves to be cost effective compared to conventional air conditioning.

FABRICATION

We can manufacture fabrications up to 1.5 tonne capacity in steel, stainless steel or aluminium. We have the latest drawing software so drawings can be emailed providing a fast turn round and quickly acted upon where changes are required.

MAINTENANCE

We can provide annual maintenance to all types of fan systems. We can make repairs to roof fans, discharge cowls, leaking roof plates, clean impellors and change burnt out electric motors.

We can also carry out annual dust extraction equipment servicing including replacing filter bags. We can arrange LEV/COSHH fourteen monthly testing and any subsequent repairs which may be required.
